Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the comprehensive rules, standards,
and guidelines governing the use of the Platform and Services provided by
PAYCLOUD INFOTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
All Users, Merchants, and End Users who access or use the Platform
www.ezypayment.in
are expected to read, understand, and comply with this AUP at all times.
This AUP should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions (Part I),
the Privacy Policy (Part II), and all other applicable policies published by
the Company.
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent
termination of access to the Platform and may also result in legal action.
1. Permitted Uses
You may use the Platform solely for the following purposes, subject to full
compliance with applicable laws and policies:
- Processing legitimate, authorised, and lawful payment transactions.
- Managing merchant accounts, settlements, analytics, and reports.
- Integrating APIs, SDKs, and tools for authorised business operations.
- Seeking support via official support channels and Help Centre.
- Accessing your own account data and transaction history.
2. Prohibited Activities
You shall not engage in, facilitate, or assist in any of the following
activities, directly or indirectly:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Violating any applicable Indian or international law or regulation.
- Supporting terrorism, money laundering, or financial crimes.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or deceptive practices.
- Conducting unauthorised gambling, betting, or lottery operations.
- Selling or promoting prohibited or illegal goods or content.
2.2 Technical Violations
- Attempting unauthorised access to systems, servers, or databases.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious software or code.
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorisation.
- Reverse-engineering or bypassing security mechanisms.
- Disrupting or degrading platform performance or stability.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
2.3 Misuse of Services
- Processing transactions for prohibited or restricted goods or services.
- Operating Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or deceptive models.
- Submitting false or misleading information or documentation.
- Circumventing fraud detection or compliance controls.
- Manipulating financial markets or transactions.
2.4 Reputational & Ethical Violations
- Damaging the Company’s reputation or goodwill.
- Impersonating the Company or its representatives.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.
- Publishing unlawful, obscene, or harmful content.
3. High-Risk Merchant Categories
Certain merchant categories are considered high-risk and require prior
written approval before processing transactions. These include, but are not
limited to:
- Adult content and entertainment
- Online gambling, betting, and lotteries
- Cryptocurrency and digital asset platforms
- Forex and currency exchange services
- Travel and online booking platforms
- Nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and health supplements
- Software and digital downloads
- Subscription-based recurring billing services
- Any category designated as high-risk by regulators or payment networks
4. Consequences of Violation
The Company may take one or more of the following actions, at its sole
discretion:
- Issue formal warnings.
- Restrict account features or impose limits.
- Temporarily suspend accounts.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Hold or freeze funds pending investigation.
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulators.
- Initiate legal proceedings for damages.
- Take any other action necessary to protect the Platform.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP or applicable law,
you should report it promptly to
legal@ezypayment.in
or through the Platform’s reporting mechanism.
Reports will be handled confidentially, investigated appropriately, and no
retaliation will be taken against good-faith reporters.
6. Audit Rights
The Company reserves the right to audit and monitor User and Merchant activity
at any time to ensure compliance with this AUP, including reviewing transaction
records, KYC/AML documentation, and account data.
Users and Merchants must fully cooperate and provide requested information
during such audits.
