Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the comprehensive rules, standards, and guidelines governing the use of the Platform and Services provided by PAYCLOUD INFOTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

All Users, Merchants, and End Users who access or use the Platform www.ezypayment.in are expected to read, understand, and comply with this AUP at all times. This AUP should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions (Part I), the Privacy Policy (Part II), and all other applicable policies published by the Company.

Violation of this AUP may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of access to the Platform and may also result in legal action.

You may use the Platform solely for the following purposes, subject to full compliance with applicable laws and policies:

Certain merchant categories are considered high-risk and require prior written approval before processing transactions. These include, but are not limited to:

The Company may take one or more of the following actions, at its sole discretion:

  1. Issue formal warnings.
  2. Restrict account features or impose limits.
  3. Temporarily suspend accounts.
  4. Permanently terminate accounts.
  5. Hold or freeze funds pending investigation.
  6. Report violations to law enforcement or regulators.
  7. Initiate legal proceedings for damages.
  8. Take any other action necessary to protect the Platform.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP or applicable law, you should report it promptly to legal@ezypayment.in or through the Platform’s reporting mechanism.

Reports will be handled confidentially, investigated appropriately, and no retaliation will be taken against good-faith reporters.


6. Audit Rights

The Company reserves the right to audit and monitor User and Merchant activity at any time to ensure compliance with this AUP, including reviewing transaction records, KYC/AML documentation, and account data.

Users and Merchants must fully cooperate and provide requested information during such audits.
